physical contact: he might question why you're getting handsy, but considering he has no qualms about getting all up in other people's personal spaces whenever it suits him, it's honestly pretty fair. romance: his personal otp is a close race between him x interesting murder cases or him x brown sugar syrup. if we're talking about him x another human being, then he has no real interest and minimal opinion on it. smut: i'm open to it if the thread happens to progress in that direction! he doesn't have any real inclination towards initiating it, but if someone is able to pique his interest enough, then he'll at least be down to give it a try. deductions: he is a genius at solving cases, so he is exceptionally skilled at deductive reasoning. since he is so highly perceptive, he can easily and accurately pick out facts on any given person he meets. it can range from their occupation to their hobbies. if you aren't interested in him playing sherlock with your character and want to opt out of it, then comment down below and i'll make sure not to have him verbally express his insights. on the other hand, if you want him to immediately know something about your character on sight, then you can drop me a note and we can play around with it. mind control: he has the ability to influence somebody into killing themselves once they meet his gaze. it's only directed at the murderers he catches and he has no awareness or control over his own actions in that instance, so unless you're a killer, then you're definitely safe from it. on the flip side, if you want to read his mind or do some mental puppeteering, then let's discuss it first. combat: lol he would rather lie down and not move

his detective license was revoked around five years ago, so he plays the role of a consultant to his police detective friend, toto. technically, he isn't allowed to solve cases anymore (or else the people from his former academy will quite literally kill him), which is why he uses toto as his front. so don't mind him if he denies the fact that he has solved any cases whatsoever. ron switches between a lot of aliases, but they always have "kamo" in it in one form or another. to make it easier, he'll primarily be going with "kamoo" in his interactions with people. he is around his early twenties to mid-twenties. there is a weird scar on his neck that looks like a crossed out "96". he is presumably of mixed blood — caucasian and asian.
